Message	Heavy Industries, which 100% owns Subaru. Given the # of parts that Nissan buys from Mitsu Heavy Industries (MHI), I thought this might be a move to help shore up their supply chain. Stable suppliers are critical to their business. I'm not 100% certain its not, as I'm not super clear how the Mitsubishi group divides resources and capitalization. I would have rather seen Nissan/Renault buy a portion of their equity back from the French government - they have expressed an interest in extricating themselves from that relationship in the past, and I think it would be a good move for Nissan in general.
